Description of the department and what we do.

The Department of Justice works towards upholding the rule of law and protect the civil rights of our country. We strive for Independence and Impartiality when applying the different statutes and laws for the state of Florida. We have from Jury members and Bailifs all the way to Judges and Lawyers. We have State Prosecutors ready to prosecute any and all suspects that were brought into custody by the many law enforcement agencies. We take any and all civil suites and file them using professional forms and methods. We fill and sign warrants for the Florida Highway Patrol and the Orange County Sheriff´s Office. We at the DOJ are always working to improve and make our department the best and most professional.
