In this department, we use Trident to log shifts as it is easy to use and has loads of useful tools.
To start, break or end a shift, just run the /shift manage command in our #shifts channel and use the buttons displayed.
Time required to rank up depends on your rank. You can see how much you need to do per week to be considered for promotion.
